ABOUT ME
If you don't know any Haitian-American girls who go to Cornell and wish David Spade could narrate their life, you've come to the right place.
A word to describe me? Probably "eclectic." I listen to Citizens and Saints, Novo Amor, The Lumineers, and Hans Zimmer. My favorite movies are Pirates of the Caribbean (the FIRST one), Beauty and the Beast (the original, not the cash-grab remake), Pride and Prejudice (2005, come on), and Mrs. Doubtfire. I study history and political science. I enjoy my own company and embarrassingly crack myself up all the time. I could probably be nocturnal...literally. Anything with rice and beans or cheese is A-Okay with me. If you ever want to talk theology or film scores, let me know. I take pictures sometimes. And if you know what Fruits Basket is AND have read each of the 23 books more than once, we're already friends.

But maybe more than all of these, thinking is my favorite pastime. Every once in a while I write those thoughts down, so I hope that as you read, maybe you too will want to think—whether that's differently or simply more—about the world in which we live.
